Office Assistant (English and German speaking)
This is a very hands-on role and you must be willing to get involved in all kinds of office tasks such as, but not limited to :
- process incoming mail
- record and file invoices
- assist with secretarial tasks
- assist with daily bookkeeping
- assist in the day to day smooth running of the Luxembourg office
What is needed to be successful in this role:
- experience with bookkeeping tasks & data entry
- knowledge of bookkeeping software (Bob)
- fluent in English and German (written & spoken)
- other relevant languages (L / F / NL) are welcome, but not obligatory
- initiative taker with a can do attitude
- outgoing personality, eager to learn and able to work without constant supervision
- advanced PC/MS-Office skills
- you need to be organised, flexible and able to work within a team
