Office Assistant (English and German speaking)

This is a very hands-on role and you must be willing to get involved in all kinds of office tasks such as, but not limited to :

  • process incoming mail
  • record and file invoices
  • assist with secretarial tasks
  • assist with daily bookkeeping
  • assist in the day to day smooth running of the Luxembourg office

What is needed to be successful in this role:

  • experience with bookkeeping tasks & data entry
  • knowledge of bookkeeping software (Bob)
  • fluent in English and German (written & spoken)
  • other relevant languages (L / F / NL) are welcome, but not obligatory
  • initiative taker with a can do attitude
  • outgoing personality, eager to learn and able to work without constant supervision
  • advanced PC/MS-Office skills
  • you need to be organised, flexible and able to work within a team
